5. BST make cylinder and get film sample (1 week)
6. Client test and confirm sample, than pay films cost
7. BST printing MOQ 250sqm films (3 days) and deliver

1.Make cylinders according to design file
2. Install cylinders on machine, prepare pva film and ink
3. One position one color (1 minute printing 60sqm films)
4. Drying after pva film soaked color and to next position
5. Storage film on warehouse with good conditions after printing
6. Roll and cut films according to customer’s orders
7. Packing and delivery films

What's the minumum order quantities?
In stock films: 10sqm per pattern. (Usually film code begins with D or M alway on stock, such as DW2301A, MM077, etc.)
Out of stock films: 50sqm to 100sqm per pattern. (It’s up to film colors, single color films, 50sqm, muti colors films, 100sqm)
Why some films's MOQ is 50 to 100sqm?
20,000+ films now, new films monthly, impossible to have all films on stock.
Out of stock films, once start machine printing, 1 minute 60sqm, badly for machine if start and stop in short time.
Average loss rate about 50m for 250m.

What's the hydro dip film width?
Mainly 50cm and 100cm wide, few films 60cm and 130cm.
Film code end with A is 100cm, such as DB90-1A. Film code end without A is 50cm, such as KB23. etc
1 standard roll is 250sqm, for 0.5m wide films, length is 500m, for 1m wide films, length is 250m. (could order less than 250sqm)
