What's the capacity of machine?
Manual kit 1 day around 100sqm to 150sqm films dipping. Automatic kit 1 day around 600sqm to 800sqm.
What size of machine do i need?
It is up to the biggest size of your product, usually the max height within 80cm
What electricity?
Machine is made by your local electricity, single phase or 3 phase? 220v or 380v? 50hz or 60hz?
How many days to deliver?
Usually 1 kit of completely automatic machines takes 15 to 25 days. smaller order sooner.
Do you offer factory planning?
Yes, tell us your factory dimensions, we will make draft of factory planning for you.
What materials of machine?
It is up to your demand, usually we use 201# or 304# stainless steel, 2.0mm thickness.
